Babies and children in hospitals suffering from apnea are unable to go home with their loved ones without necessary and expensive equipment required to help them breathe. For many families the reality of their child coming home seems impossible as these machines can cost several thousands of dollars.

Since 2014, Alberta Lung has been providing sleep apnea equipment to families in need to help get children home with their loved ones. This program is funded entirely by individual donors who believe that every family should have the opportunity to be home together. Listen to Hunter’s story in the below video.

To receive support, you must be referred to us through the Stollery Children’s or Alberta Children’s Hospitals.
