Alberta Lung provides financial and equipment support to Albertans with lung disease who couldn’t otherwise afford the necessary equipment through a variety of programs:
Inhaler Device Assistance Program
AeroChamber Plus® Flow-Vu® Inhaler Device Assistance Program
Did you know that people who use a valved holding chamber with their inhaler have better control of their respiratory symptoms?
To improve drug delivery, global respiratory guidelines recommend the use of a chamber device along with a metered dose inhaler (MDI) in patients of all ages.
Using an AeroChamber Plus® Flow-Vu® Chamber with your inhaler helps ensure your medicine is delivered where it is needed to work in your lungs. It also reduces the potential for side effects by limiting the amount of medication that ends up in your mouth.
Happy to receive support, this helps so much, was unable to afford medications and food, this is a lifesaver”SC

Edmonton residents can pick up the AeroChamber at our office once given notification that it is ready.
