We offer weekly virtual seminars, activities, or discussions on a variety of topics relating to lung health, including

  • breath checks
  • mental health check-in
  • relaxed breathing techniques
  • using inhaled medications
  • Tai Chi
  • C-PAP maintenance and fittings
  • breathing during activity
  • meditation
  • plants for clean air
  • and more!

We also offer tips and best practices for managing your lung condition. If you have a topic you’d like to learn more about, please let us know. We are here for you!
