Lung Disease Patient Support

The Patient Support Fund was set up to support lung disease patients struggling financially to access medications, groceries, and equipment to help manage their lung condition during this difficult time. Suppose you are a lung disease patient and a financial barrier is preventing you from accessing medications, groceries, or personal protective equipment that will allow you to attend appointments or access other services. In that case, Alberta Lung can provide you with assistance.
